Bruch, was taken into custody on scene without incident for an outstanding misdemeanor theft warrant.

“During the searches, numerous firearms were seized, along with evidence of an extensive cultivation operation of hallucinogenic mushrooms.” Marshal Joy Hemby said.  “Also seized was a quantity of marijuana in excess of two ounces.”

Bruch was subsequently charged with Unlawful Distributing, Manufacturing, Dispensing or Sale of a Controlled Substance, which is a Level 3 Drug Felony; Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, which is a Level 4 Drug Felony; six counts of Possession of a Weapon by a Previous Offender, which are each Class 5 Felonies; and Possession of Marijuana, More Than Two Ounces, which is a Level I Drug Misdemeanor.

Bruch was transported to the Lincoln County Jail and required to post a total of $260,000 cash-only bond. He made his first appearance on the charges at the Lincoln County Courthouse on Monday, May 5.
