Angela Joy Hale, 48, of Willow Park, Texas passed away surrounded by loved ones on June 10, after a yearlong battle with brain cancer that was hard fought through the end.
Angie was born on November 25, 1974 at Eastland Memorial Hospital in Eastland, Texas. Angie’s parents are Mary Melody Hale of Gordon, Texas and the late Randal Lee Hale of Ranger, Texas. Angie was raised in Ranger, Texas where she was a cheerleader, dancer, participated in theatre and met some of her life-long friends. Her family moved in 1990 to Hugo, Colo. where she continued cheer, theatre and graduated as Valedictorian in 1993.
Angie had four children Chase (28), Ashtyn (23), Braison (15), Ruel (15), and one grand child Luke (2). Though she would argue her greatest accomplishments were her children, Angie has done many amazing things in her lifetime. Anyone who knew her knew she loved music whether it be singing, listening, or playing air guitar. Angie was full of creativity and would try her hand at anything she could Pinterest or DIY. Angie was always full of love, life and had an extra serving of it ready to pour out into those she loved.
On June 3, 2022, Angie was diagnosed with stage 4 Glioblastoma, brain cancer. Despite the uphill battle she knew she was facing, Angie refused to take no for an answer and remained positive throughout her battle. The constant outpouring of love, time, caring, and resources given by friends and family over this last year has been a true testament as to who Angie was as a person.
