Carol Sue Egbert joined Jesus
peacefully on December 2, 2022,
with her “boys” by her side.
Carol was born in Limon, Colo.
to Otis “Ben” and Mary (Blazer)
Randolph. She was raised on a
ranch southwest of Limon, while
attending Limon Public Schools.
On July 24, 1960, she wed
Dennis Egbert. They moved to
Security, Colo. in 1965, and settled
in Falcon, Colo. in 1970. To this
happy union, three sons were born:
Craig, Derek, and Shane.
Carol and Dennis started many
businesses together along the
way, to include a ceramic shop,
a house painting business, the
first seamless gutter service in
Colorado, a carpet business, and
an engraving business.
Carol was very social, had many
friends and never knew a stranger.
She enjoyed and loved her family.
She also enjoyed country music,
dancing, traveling, history,
modeling, art, and painted many
beautiful pictures.
She was baptized through
Pleasant Plains Church, and
attended HiWay Baptist Church.
Carol is survived by her sister,
Linda Jaklich; her brother, Randy
Randolph of Limon, Colo.; her
sons, Craig (Robin) of Colorado
Springs, Colo., Derek (Leisa)
of Colorado Springs, Colo., and
Shane (Amber) of Parker, Colo.;
and her grandsons, Ian Egbert of
Woodland Park, Colo., Dimitri
of Parker, Colo., and Brody of
Parker, Colo.
