COME JOIN US FOR A FISH FRY!!

The Knights of Columbus are having our final fish fry of the year on March 22, 2024 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Victory Parish Hall (1256 4th Street). We are serving fish, baked potatoes, cole slaw, rolls and dessert. Free will donations will be appreciated. We look forward to seeing you there!

GOOD FRIDAY WOMEN’S LUNCHEON

The Limon Methodist Women of Faith are having an All- Denominational Good Friday Women’s Luncheon on Friday, March 29 at 12 PM. Kindly RSVP to 719-740-0355 so we can plan for food.

NATIONAL VETERANS SERVICE OFFICER

The National Veterans service officer will be in Limon on April 10 at 6 p.m. at the Hub City Senior Center, 220 E Ave. American Legion meeting starts at 6 p.m. and after the meeting , the National Veterans SO will help with the filing of possible disability claims.

CLOTHING NEEDED

The Limon Heritage Society is looking for help in acquiring clothing for an upcoming exhibit. We are looking for 1920-1930 era suits, clothing, and shoes for both men and women. If you have any clothing that you would like to donate to the Limon Heritage Museum, please contact us at (719) 775-8894.

Every other Saturday at the Limon Hub City Senior Center at 2:00 p.m. Next one is Saturday March 23.

FOOD PANTRY HOURS

We know that there are times when a person or family is in need of some assistance. The Limon Methodist Church has a food pantry available to help. The address is 770 B Ave.  We are open the following hours: Tuesday 10 a.m. to Noon and Wednesday 4-5:30 p.m.

AMERICAN LEGION MEETING IN LIMON

Limon American Legion Post #2017 is now meeting at the Hub City Senior Center in Limon. Meetings are on the second Wednesday of every month. Meeting times are: 5 p.m. Meet & Greet, 6 p.m. Legion Family Meeting, 7 p.m. Legion Auxiliary Meeting, 7 p.m. SAL & Riders Meeting. Please try to attend.  New members are welcome!
